Generally, a business will employee an in-house HR team and they will be hired as permanent employee either part time or full time. Therefore, the business is responsible for wages, PAYG (payroll tax), superannuation, insurances such as workers compensation and other insurances such as public liability and professional indemnity and the business is responsible to provide the employee with their assets to perform the role such as phone, laptop, etc.
When you engage with a Reign HR Consultant, we discuss with you what the scope of work that is required to be performed and the outcomes that you are seeking to achieve so we can deliver your results, and we provide you with the fee that is inclusive of all costs. As a HR Consultant, it is our responsibility to pay our own PAYG tax, superannuation, insurances, and supply our own assets such as phone and laptop.
